Terms of processing of personal data

Beset, spol. s.r.o. (Beset), is a data controller in accordance with the relevant GDPR provisions.

In accordance with Article 12 of the GDPR, personal data are provided with information on the processing and protection of personal data and related rights.

Beset handles personal data in accordance with the GDPR or other relevant legislation, and at the same time investigates the rights of the persons whose data is processed. The fulfillment of Beset’s responsibilities in the field of personal data protection is an integral part of Beset’s operation.

The categories of processed personal data are governed by the extent to which Beset was provided, in particular through the contact form on the website. This is the provided address, identification, and descriptive information, especially name, surname, contact information, phone, email address, and electronic information such as IP address or cookies.

The purpose of the processing of personal data is to include them in a database operated within the web site and possibly other business or other activities for which personal data will be processed.

Beset considers personal data to be confidential and will not pass it on to third parties without the consent of data subjects or legal obligations, unless it is an entity belonging to a concern that also includes Beset, which has its registered office within the European Union.

Personal data are processed for the duration of the cooperation with Beset and the necessary time after its termination. Personal data are processed under consent and the longest until the withdrawal of consent, which can be done at any time, thus ending the cooperation with Beset.

Revocation of consent is without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing based on consent given prior to its revocation. Revocation of consent also has no effect on the processing of personal data processed by Beset under any other legal basis than consent (ie, especially if the processing is necessary for the performance of the contract, legal obligation or for other reasons stated in the applicable legislation).

In particular, the data subjects have the following rights under the Regulation:

a) Right to information;

(b) the right of access to and transferability of personal data;

(c) the right to correct or supplement inaccurate personal data;

d) The right of cancellation (“the right to be forgotten”);

(e) the right to limit the processing;

(f) the right of objection;

g) Revoke consent to the processing of personal data;

h) The right to obtain from Beset a confirmation that the personal data of the entity are being processed.
