History of the Company

Due to the split of Czechoslovakia, they started building the company representation in Slovakia under the name ICL Slovakia, with branches in Bratislava, Trenčín, Banská Bystrica and Košice.

On 13 April 1993, the company was registered in the Companies Register under the name ICL Slovakia, spol. s r.o.

As the first IT company in Slovakia, we obtain the quality management system certificate in accordance with IS0 900, the implementation of the first PHARE project regarding hardware supply

We continue in PHARE project implementation regarding hardware supply, software development, consulting and training.

In addition to PHARE project implementation regarding hardware supply, software development, consul,ting and training, we became the winner of the public tender for the delivery of the Complex Economic Information System for the Ministry of Defence of the SR.

We continue in PHARE project implementation and start with the first implementations of corporate ERP system MAX in production enterprises within the Slovak Republic.

We are the stable supplier in PHARE projects and a winner in the public tender for the supply of the Complex Information System for Spoločná zdravotná poisťovňa (Common Health Insurance Company).

A significant growth in the volume of PHARE projects regarding the hardware supply, software development, consulting and training, we participate in the development of the information system for certification of personal data and training, the new implementations of ERP system MAX in the production companies, the development and implementation of tailored software.

We changed the name to Fujitsu Services and moved the branch in Bratislava from Panenská street to Jelenia street. We doubled the volume of implementation of PHARE projects regarding the hardware supply, software development, consulting and training, we started the development and implementation of software for the selection of tax subjects for tax inspection and the development of the system for tax inspection for Tax Authority of the SR. The success in public procurement for the supply of the Complex Information System for Trenčín Self-governing Region.

Parent company Fujitsu leaves the market in Eastern Europe and the negotiations regarding the change of the owner take place We continue in PHARE project implementation regarding hardware supply, software development, consulting and training.

The change of the ownership relationships and the name of the company, a Slovak subject becomes the owner. The registration of the company in the Companies Register under the new name Beset, spol. s r.o. took place on 13 April 2004. We obtain the Acknowledgement of Industrial Security for the “Confidential” classified level issued by the National Security Authority of the SR.

We obtain the Information Security Certificate in accordance with ISO 27001, we become the SAP partner for corporate information system SAP Business One, we cancel the branch in Košice, while the continuity and strategy of the company remains unchanged.

From hardware supplier we are finally changing to the system integrator focused on the development, implementation, delivery and support of information systems.

We obtain the Environmental Management System Certificate according to EN ISO 140001.

We obtain the Industrial Security Acknowledgement for higher “Secret” classified level issued by the National Security Authority of the SR.

The company is focused on the new trends and progressive procedures. The cooperation with with scientific organisations ended in the obtaining of the Certificate of Capacity for Research and Development issued by the Ministry of Education, Science, Research and Sport of the Slovak Republic.

We expand the family of certificates by IT Service Management System Certificate in accordance with ISO 20000, after the success in the public tender we become the supplier of Hospital Information System for Trenčín Self-governing Region.

Cooperation with scientific organizations is in progress, we are expanding IT services in field of information security and are stable IT services provider for all organizations.

Another project in cooperation with scientific organizations, rapid adaptation to demanding social and economic conditions, we continue to remain a reliable IT partner.

The aim of the project is to develop the design of an innovative software tool for network analysis in the specific operation of air traffic services.

For 30 years we have been a stable and experienced provider of IT products and services.
