About Beset
Beset is one of the leading IT services companies in Slovakia. We design, build and operate IT systems and services for customers in the financial services, utilities and government markets. Our core strength is the delivery of IT infrastructure management and outsourcing across desktop, networking and data centre environments, together with a full range of related services, from infrastructure consulting through integration and deployment.
We employ 75 professionals to help our customers realize their own, unique vision and strive to realize possibilities of the network society. To achieve this, we continually create value by providing products, services and solutions based on the most powerful and innovative technologies. In 1992 our company was established under ICL name and operated as ICL Slovakia till February 2002. In April 2002 we started to operate as Fujitsu Services under the brand name Fujitsu. In 2003 Fujitsu announced its strategy to concentrate its core business on IT solutions and outsourcing in West European markets and decided to leave its business in Eastern Europe to strong partners. In 2004 a Slovak subject became the owner of Fujitsu Services in Slovakia and in April 2004 we changed to Beset.
Following the transfer of ownership Beset developed new partnerships and became a member of association CEE IT GROUP which gathers IT companies from Central and Eastern Europe.
In April 1994 as the first IT company we obtained international certificate ISO 9001 that guarantees the highest quality of our products and services. Since then our company every year defends this certificate successfully.
In 2004 we obtained Certificate of Industrial Security issued by National Security Bureau of the Slovak Republic at the level "Secret". At the beginning of 2005 Beset obtained Certificate of Information Security according to ISO/IEC 27001:2005 and in 2007 Certificate of environmental management system ISO 14001 : 2004.
It means that information systems, information processes and security of company information fulfil strict parameters of BS 7799. For present and future customers and partners we guarantee that all information about their companies gathered by Beset is protected and all Beset products include necessary principles and parameters of data processing security.
Beset is one of few Slovak organizations that hold all three above mentioned certificates and is provably able offer and provide its customers services and products of the highest quality, security and information security.
Beset is headquartered in Bratislava with branch offices in Trenčín and Banská Bystrica. Thanks to our deployment we are close to our customers and our services are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
